Ⅰ、国际学生教育类型 Education Modes for International Students
1. 本科高等学历教育
学习方式为全日制，学习期限为4年，每年9月初开学。完成教学方案规定的教学内容、毕业论文通过答辩，可取得毕业证书，符合学士学位规定条件者，授予学位证书。
2．语言培训
每年3月和9月开学，根据中文程度分班。
3．短期语言与中国文化项目
1. Undergraduate education with bachelor’s degree
The mode of study is full-time. Students undergo a four-year study program, with the program commencing each September. Students who complete the teaching modules specified in the teaching plan and pass the oral defense of their graduation thesis can obtain the diploma, and students who meet requirements for award of the bachelor’s degree can obtain the bachelor’s degree.
2．Language training
The term starts every March and September. Students are divided into different classes according to their Chinese language proficiency level.
3．Short-term Chinese language and culture project
This education mode allows students to acquire a certain amount of communication ability and to master corresponding linguistic elements, language skills, and relevant cultural knowledge through intensive training within a short time. The aim of the project is to improve students’ Chinese communication ability. A class will be arranged if a minimum of 10 students enroll in the program.

（一）入学条件 Entry Requirements

2、东莞理工学院外国留学生奖学金 DGUT Scholarship for International Students
面向2024年新入学报到我校的国际学历本科生，将按照入学时的综合成绩排名进行入学后第一年学费减免的奖励支持。
For international undergraduate students who enroll in our university in 2024, the first year tuition fee will be rewarded tuition fee remission based on the comprehensive score ranking.
1. 入学综合成绩排名在前8名的学生，减免每名学生第一年学费；
Students who rank among the top 8 in comprehensive admission scores will have their first year tuition fees waived;
2. 入学综合成绩排名在第9名至15名之间的学生，减免每名学生的第一年50%学费。
Students who rank between 9th and 15th in comprehensive admission scores will receive a 50% reduction in their first year tuition fee.
后续各学年根据《东莞理工学院国际学生奖学金管理办法》择优奖励。学生类型、等级、标准、名额比例详见表格：

3、住宿费 Accommodation Fee
学校配备不同规格和条件的留学生公寓，各间宿舍都设有独立的卫生间、浴室和网络终端（均为空调房），住宿费5000元人民币/床/人/年（双人间）。
International student apartments of different sizes and specifications are available. All apartments are furnished with independent washroom, bathroom, and network terminal (all rooms have air conditioner). The accommodation fee is RMB 5,000/student/year (on a twin-sharing basis).
4、医疗保险费 Medical Insurance Premium

5、生活费 Living Expenses
约24,000元/年（根据个人实际情况而定），用于每天生活开支，包括饮食、交通、通讯等。
Living expenses are approximately RMB 24,000/year (depends on actual requirement of each student). Expenses include daily costs for food, transportation, communication, etc.
6、签证费 Visa Fee
根据签证时长，约800元/年
